James joined the Financial Services industry in 1986 as Sales Support, before becoming a Financial Adviser in 1991.
He became FPC qualified in 1996 and enjoyed a successful career, primarily in the Corporate Affinity market, before joining the Recruitment industry in 1998 where he has become a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals.

Specialising in Financial Services recruitment, James' achievements resulted in promotion to Branch Manager with a National Specialist Recruitment Company, before setting up RecruitingUK with Campbell Craig, with whom he first worked in the same Sales Support team in 1987.

Campbell joined the Financial Services industry in 1987, working with James in the Sales Support division of a major Life Assurance company in Glasgow. He became a successful Financial Adviser in 1991, before joining the Recruitment industry in 1992 where he has consistently excelled.

His consistent success was recognised and rewarded with numerous promotions, culminating in becoming Regional Director of a National Specialist Recruitment Company.

Campbell is recognised as one of the foremost figures in Financial Services recruitment in the country today.

Colin's appointment continues RecruitingUK's policy of employing professionals with proven experience of the industry within which they operate.

Colin's experience encompasses being a successful IFA before joining the Recruitment industry where he became a Managing Consultant with a National Recruitment Company in 2005.
